Class Description:
A beginning/intermediate level workshop designed for adults who have had beginner watercolor experience. The primary skill focus is on “How to use your artistic license and not necessarily copy what the photo reference dictates”.
In this four-hour Zoom Workshop, the goal will be a finished painting you will be proud of. As with all my Zoom Workshops, you will have access to the entire lesson for 30 days following the class.
Students are required to have a Zoom account. Go to Zoom.us and tap the Sign-Up Free tab on your PC or Tablet. Get the Zoom App and sign-in. The link to the class will be sent to each registered student.
Meet The Instructor:
Venarella Hinkle first studied watercolor over 30 years ago falling in love with the flow of water and pigment. She continued her education under well known artists working diligently to develop her own style and skills. Venarella has been featured in McHenry County Magazine as Artist Showcase; received highest auction bid at Rockford Anderson Gardens; won first placed in Beebly’s Watercolor Painting – just to name a few of her awards. She has taught classes both in person and online via Zoom. “I learned what it means to paint what you love”. She now specializes in Pet Portraiture and in teaching others the amazing effects that can be achieved with the beauty and transparency of Watercolor.
