Bonnie R. Siegel
Bonnie is a professional artist who specializes in painting people, animals and landscapes. She works with her clients on commissioned portraits in oil. She also enjoys painting en Plein Air at various outdoor locations across the country. Her style is an impressionistic painterly style that captures the realism and warmth of the subject. Bonnie continues to learn through online and in-person workshops. She currently is a Board member of North Shore Art League in Winnetka, Illinois, an active member of Geneva Lake Arts Foundation in Lake Geneva, WI. Bonnie volunteers as an Art Commissioner for the Village of Northbrook Art Commission. Bonnie is also a member of the following national art organizations: Oil Painters of America, American Academy of Equine Artists, and American Impressionistic Society. Bonnie has a Bachelors Degree in Biology Education with a minor in Art from the University of IL, Champaign-Urbana. Her oil paintings are in private and public collections across the country. She currently exhibits her paintings at Gallery 223 in Lake Geneva, WI and at the Winnetka Community House in Winnetka, IL.
