Flat Iron Park is located on the Geneva Lake lakefront between Center Street and Wrigley Drive just south of Main Street in downtown Lake Geneva, WI. The City of Lake Geneva is a summer resort area frequented by affluent crowds from the Chicago and Milwaukee areas. Many of these visitors stay in the four hotels on the east side of the park and in the large condominium residence to the north. The shopping district is just a block away. These visitors look forward to Art in the Park each year. Complimentary parking will be reserved for our exhibitors adjacent to the park. This area will be closed off to traffic during unloading & loading.


Art in the Park, Lake Geneva, returns to Flat Iron Park for its 41st annual fine art show

August 14 - 15, 2021, featuring over 80 talented artists from across the country. Lake Geneva is a popular year-round vacation destination known for its scenic beauty, luxurious resorts, fabulous restaurants and beautiful mansions. We invite artists with high quality, handmade, original works of art to apply to be part of this one-of-a-kind art fair.



  1. All works must be original in concept and design and must have been executed by the applicant.

  2. Works in any medium qualify, including paintings, photography, sculpture, mixed media, digital art, glass/wood, ceramics, jewelry, and tapestries.

  3. Applicants must be 18 years or older.



  1. Each exhibitor is responsible for providing and assembling his/her own display and un-loading & loading.

  2. Set up time is 6:00 AM - 9:30 AM Saturday. All vehicles must be unloaded by 9:00 AM Saturday.

  3. Exhibits must be set up before 10:00 AM Saturday and taken down after 4:00 PM on Sunday.

  4. All exhibitors are required to be present both days.

  5. Spaces are 10’x10'.

  6. The images you include in your application should represent the quality you exhibit in the show. You may exhibit only in one media category.

  7. Reproductions of original work must be marked as such. Cards and reproductions of exhibiting artist's work are permitted if they are not more than 20% of the total display.

  8. There will be no refunds for cancellation after acceptance, removal for cause, bad weather or other acts of nature. Exceptions may be made for highly unusual circumstances at the discretion of Art in the Park.

  9. There is no rain date.

  10.  Each artist assumes full responsibility for the care, safety, and security of their work and property. Geneva Lake Arts Foundation, Art in the Park, its board and members, or the City of Lake Geneva assume no responsibility or liability for accidental damage, theft, vandalism or lost property. Application by the artist for participation in Art in the Park indicates the applicant's agreement with all terms contained herein.

  11. Our preferred method of communication with you will be via E-mail.



  1. There is a non-refundable jury fee of $30 and a separate refundable booth fee of $245 (according to guidelines). The $245 is not refundable after acceptance.

  2. If you request a corner booth space, please include a third check in the amount of $35.00. If a corner booth space is not available, the $35.00 fee will be refunded.

  3. If you are not accepted, the booth fee check and, if applicable, the corner fee check will be returned to you.

  4. Deadline for submission of applications is midnight, March 31, 2021.



Judging will be done by a panel of Geneva Lake Arts Foundation members.



Best of show and three merit awards will be presented in the morning of Sunday, August 15th.

A parking space adjacent to Flat Iron Park will be assigned. Due to limited parking, we can only guarantee one parking space per exhibitor. There are new ramps added to assist loading and unloading your work into and out of the park. There are also spaces for trailers which can be requested on the application.



Security will be provided Saturday evening into Sunday morning for the purpose of leaving display units up overnight, however Geneva Lake Arts Foundation assumes no responsibility for damage, theft or vandalism.



All proceeds from sales made by exhibitors will be retained by the exhibitor. Exhibitors

must charge and collect 5.5% sales tax on each sale and are responsible for submitting sales collected and the sales tax form to the Wisconsin State Sales and Excise Tax Division. Please complete S-240 Temporary Event Operator and Seller Information Form (This is a state requirement).



All participants (with the exception of award winners from the previous year) will be juried using images of your artwork. A total of six images must be submitted, five of your artwork and one of your booth setup. Place these images on 8 1/2" x 11" paper and include this with your completed application mailing to our office at: GLAF, 223 Broad Street, Lake Geneva, WI 53147.


If submitting digital images online, these must be high quality jpg format, no larger than 5 MB per image. Submit digital images by E-Mail

If submitting your digital images by CD (CDs will not be returned). Include your name and media on the disk face and submit with a completed application. Whether submitting images online, by CD or on an 8 1/2" x 11" reference sheet, please mail your completed application and fees to Geneva Lake Arts Foundation, 223 Broad Street, Lake Geneva, WI 53147.



Entries will be acknowledged by E-mail as they are received. All entrants will be notified of selection results via letter by May 15, 2021.
